Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is:
- Unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email)
Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used lubricant oil containers
- Products with broken seals
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Sale or promotional items
- Custom or special‑order quantities
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Fahrwunder ltd covers shipping for defective or wrong items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Processing time is 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
